The WTX-D40 PSD, unlike many regular BCDs does not have large wings, so it does not wrap around the cylinder, creating a taco effect. It offers hassle-free storage for all the items and accessories a diver needs to use underwater and can be configured as per requirement. Just like the regular WTX-D40, the PSD version of this cylinder wing features an inflator with K-style with brass buttons that is positioned off-center to prevent interference with first stage regulator.

A low-profile dump valve, tank stabiliser bars, 2 large drain grommets and heavy-duty YKK zippers are some more features that the WTX-D40 PSD shares with the WTX-D40. Unlike the regular WTX-D40, the PSD version feature Armoguard exterior, which is fast-drying and more resistant to abrasion than Cordura. Also, it has an 8” corrugated hose with rapid exhaust dump on top.
