Description

The Apeks WTX Aluminium backplate is designed to offer extra comfort while you dive deep into the ocean, the Apeks Aluminium backplate is engineered from high grade aluminium. It facilitates easy switching between configurations while diving.

This backplate is durable and has a innovative design. It consists of 4 slots in upper and lower sections to perfectly accommodate nylon cylinder bands. Such an arrangement makes it easier to directly strap-on even a single cylinder onto the backplate. It also helps ensures lateral stability of the cylinder, which is not available in other types of back plates.

There is plenty of buoyancy support, it has 3 further holes at the top that offer multiple options of height adjustments for the cylinders and buoyancy cells. It allows you to mount your diving accessories via a set of perimeter holes present along the upper and lower sections and side bottom holes. The Apeks Aluminium backplate can be used with a range like the webbed harnesses or can be inserted into the WTX harness.

3 holes at the top of the plate offer a range of height adjustments for the buoyancy cells and the cylinders. In addition, a corresponding lower centre slot allows for lower band bolts that are misaligned.
