Diving on twin cylinders requires two first stages and a different hose configuration to single cylinder or sidemount diving. Twinset Regulators are made to be used on twin cylinders so all you need to do is add a pressure gauge and inflator hoses to your needs and off you go. Manufacturers produce dedicated 1st stages that only have ports on one side for neat hose routing with minimal failure points.
